Accounting Supervisor

The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.

    • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department, including Payroll processing and employee contribution management (SSS, BIR,PhilHealth, Pagibig).

    • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

    • Prepare budget reports and forecast revenues.

    • Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department. Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.

    • Assist with budgeting and financial planning.

    • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    • Preferably with an accounting experience.

    • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

    • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

    • Identify and target potential clients for The Serviced Suites and Function room.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

    • Collaborate with the team to create promotional campaigns and materials.

    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.

    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

    • Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our serviced suites.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.

    • With sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with Serviced Suites or hotels.

    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Guest Service – Front Office

A Guest Service – Front Office plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk of hotels, resorts, or other establishments. The position involves welcoming and assisting guests, handling inquiries, and coordinating various guest services.

    • Perform Guest Services duties - greet, meet and assist all guests with a warm, professional demeanor.

    • Provide information and assistance to guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

    • Manage reservations, room assignments, and room availability in the hotels property management system.

    • Process room reservations, cancellations, and modifications as required.

    • Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment, ensuring accurate transaction processing.

    • Relay important guest information, requests, or special instructions to the appropriate departments.

    • Maintain accurate records of guest information, bookings, and financial transactions.

    • Assist with administrative tasks related to front desk operations as needed.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

    • Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.

    • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
